At Callydus (www.callydus.com), your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds in accordance with US consumer protection standards.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • In the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Method & Costs

Returns are accepted by mail only.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Callydus will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

  • Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): If you wish to return an item for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@callydus.com with your order number.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Note: Our registered business address in Ottawa is not a return address. Returns sent there without approval cannot be processed.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is complete.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of the same value. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at info@callydus.com. For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

8. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your address at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
