Quality fit is essential for modern style. We provide a specific Size Guide on every product page. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to our chart. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

3. Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?

We currently serve customers across the United States. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Transit: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

  • Total: You can expect your fashion essentials to arrive within 8–13 business days.

6. What is your return policy?

We want you to feel confident in your style. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind/Size exchange: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact info@callydus.com for authorization before sending any items back.

No, Callyd does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@callydus.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

9. Can I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
